飯島 千晴のトップへ

Thank you so much for those of you who made it to our event on Friday!!!  As usual, I'll upload the pictures as soon as I get them. 

金曜日のイベントに来てくださった皆様、本当に有難うございました。私自身、とっても楽しかったです。皆様にも楽しんでいただけた事を願います。前回と同じく、写真は後日入手しだいアップ致します。

Despite the bad weather, so many people showed up at the event and it was so much fun!  Our fashion show and talk show/interview went well too, I was very happy.  It was the greatest feeling to walk on the runway during our fashion show - mmm...

With regards to our talk show, I had to learn one thing - when you're speaking on a stage with a microphone, you can't always hear yourself!!  We had previously discussed the contents, order of topics in our talk show, our facial expressions and other details (but not too much in detail in order to not sound/look like we rehearsed it before).  So overall, it went well.  But I remember not being able to hear myself or even other finalists at all at times.  I just kept on talking anyways but it freaked me out a little bit..!  Later, I heard from my friends who were in the audience, that I could have spoken a little louder, maybe by holding a microphone closer.  Oh well!  Next time. 

イベントで行われた私達のファッションショー、トークショーも全体的に上手く行ったと思います。ファッションショー中は、ランウェイを歩いていてとても気分が良かったです！トークショー中に関しては、他のファイナリストの声、さらには自分の声までが、ステージ上では良く聞こえない、という事実に直面し、意外でした！そこまで戸惑いはしなかったのですが、お客さんに私達の声がちゃんと届いているのか、少し不安でした。  

後ほど話を聞いたら、はやり少し声が小さかった、というよりもマイクをもう少し近く持っても良かった、というアドバイスを頂きました。（私は決して声が小さくはないので。むしろ日常会話では声が大きすぎると注意を受けたり、カラオケでは音が大きくなりすぎるのでマイクを使わない事が殆どだったり。）

うーん。私とした事が。残念！まぁいっか。特に大きな失敗はなかったし、何よりもたくさんの方に来て頂けて楽しかったので、満足です。
